Almost a century of building the country’s infrastructure
Spetskommunstroy LLP traces its history to 1930, when its first division “SU-Vodokanalstroy” was founded in Almaty. Today the company owns production bases and equipment in Kazakhstan’s key regions and specialises in a full cycle of construction and installation works.

Pipelines
Construction of pipelines for water, sewerage, heating and gas supply with fittings. Steel, cast iron, reinforced concrete, polyethylene and fibreglass pipes up to 2000 mm in diameter.

Welding & steel structures
Fabrication and installation of steel structures to drawings: support structures, platforms, pipe racks, stairways. Bolted, welded, sliding and demountable connections.

Pump stations & water treatment
Pump stations, wells, reservoirs, settling tanks and water/effluent treatment stations. Filtration and water-supply stations, large-capacity reservoirs.

Earthworks & general construction
All types of earthworks, concrete, masonry, roofing, insulation and finishing on buildings and facilities, plus landscaping and road construction.

Electrical & telecom networks
Fibre-optic lines, lightning-protection systems, cable networks, fire-suppression, CCTV, instrumentation and distribution panels. Cathodic protection of large metal assets.

Commissioning works
