Spetskommunstroy LLP is a construction company that was reorganised in 1991 from a state trust into a joint-stock company, and in January 1995 into a limited liability partnership. Its first division, “SU-Vodokanalstroy”, was founded in 1930 in the city of Almaty.
Today the company owns production bases and its own equipment in the key regions of Kazakhstan and specialises in a full cycle of construction and installation works for industrial, infrastructure and utility facilities.

Founded in Almaty
The first division, “SU-Vodokanalstroy”, is established — the start of the company’s history in water-utility construction.
Trust → joint-stock company
The state trust is reorganised into a joint-stock company during the era of economic reforms.
Becoming an LLP
The company is transformed into Spetskommunstroy Limited Liability Partnership.
International projects
Work on the largest oil & gas projects: cluster pump stations at Kumkol, Kashagan (Agip KCO), the Tengiz settlement for TCO.
